Children’s Village is a co-location of medical and educational models, with different agencies and different programs housed under one roof.

OBJECTIVES:
1. Learn about what the Children’s Village collaborative service model is. (The 3 “P”’s - programs/people/partners). What is a Neurodevelopmental Center and how do we sustain funding?

2. What does Family – Centered care look like at Children’s Village?

3. What are the ingredients of collaborative care models? How do we do it at Children’s Village and what lessons have we learned? How can you do it in your work?
