DESCRIPTION:
This session covers the functions of challenging behavior and a dive into effective reinforcement. The focus will be on antecedent interventions that are likely to increase engagement and cooperation while reducing the likelihood of disruptive behavior in the classroom.

OBJECTIVES:
1. Understand the four functions of behavior
2. Determine how to make reinforcement effective in the classroom
3. Learn evidence-based antecedent interventions to increase class engagement and reduce disruptive behavior
