Recognizing the unique challenges faced by paraeducators, who often transition between multiple classrooms and collaborate with a diverse array of instructional teams, this breakout session is designed for paraeducators and teachers to explore strategies to enhance communication and team planning. This session leverages a specialized Classroom Procedures Form as a foundational tool for discussion.

OBJECTIVE:
Explore how to effectively initiate and guide conversations about classroom procedures, expectations, and needs among team members.
