The Educator Growth and Development Programs at ESD105 focus on designing opportunities for future paraeducators, supporting new SPED teachers, and recruiting high school students for careers in education. Our team prioritizes pathways for careers in education through teacher academies and CTE dual credit articulations. Our engagement in the LEADER initiative as the purpose of supporting regional efforts in recruiting and retaining diverse, effective educators (paraeducators, teachers, support specialists, and administrators) for our communities.
